Meals are ordered based on information from the Twigsee reservation system.

Depending on the time, the change will be reflected as “Will be excused,” “Will be excused without a meal,” or “Will be excused without a substitute meal.” Excuses can only be submitted by a certain deadline. The system automatically monitors these times.
Procedure for Excusing a Child
     1.    A child must always be excused
     2.    Replacements can only be claimed for absences that have been properly excused in the system (replacements are not automatically granted)
     3.    If attendance is excused by 7:30 a.m. on the previous business day, meals for the following day will not be charged (rules for canceling meals can be found in the Internal Rules, Article III – Operating Conditions)
    4.    If an absence is excused after 8:00 a.m., meals will be charged
    5.    Children cannot be registered for meal substitutions after 7:00 a.m.

 You have the option of picking up your lunch from DS.

Meals are delivered to us by an external supplier in thermal containers. The meal supplier is INITA, zařízení školního stravování s.r.o., a company that specializes in supplying meals to preschool and school facilities. The kitchen complies with all hygiene regulations and nutritional standards for the given age group of children.

• Meal allowances for the 2026/27 school year are CZK 127 for full-day attendance and CZK 101 for half-day attendance (snack CZK 26, lunch CZK 75).
• If your child is absent, please excuse them via the Twigsee reservation system.
• You will receive a manual on how to use the reservation system before starting at DS.
• When excusing yourself, please fill in a note stating whether you will pick up your lunch at the daycare center if you are excused late.
• Please pay attention to the information about whether you are excusing your child on time and whether you have ordered lunch.
• The food to be picked up will be prepared in containers for the children's group, which parents will return to the nursery. Lunch pick-up time is 12:30 p.m.
