Education and care plan

Education and care plan

Children's groups have a legal obligation to draw up a plan for the education and care of children (PVP).

This document aims to help plan specific activities with children in order to develop their abilities, build cultural and hygiene habits, and focus on shaping the child's personality and physical and mental development. As part of quality standards, it must take into account the age composition of the children, the individual needs of each child in terms of their health and mental state, set appropriate psychosomatic conditions for educational care, and be based on educational values and approaches that enable children to reach their full potential, especially their cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language abilities and skills.

The children's group should be a place where children develop and acquire new knowledge and skills. The PVP is a tool that allows for the effective structuring of work with children.

Each plan also serves as a basis for evaluation, setting goals whose achievement is then assessed.
